LONDON: A leading investment group has started 100 famous business in the big city to (help increase/show in a good way) Gwadar as the investment destination and to invite attention towards the future hub of money-based activity in Pakistan.
Double-decker buses are running across 17 routes in London, carrying beautiful sign which reads “Gwadar: The Gteway to Newly appearing Pakistan”.
A port city in Balochistan area of control/area of land of Pakistan, Gwadar has the possible ability to rival Dubai.
With (flags/signs/headlines) on buses plying the roads of London, the (series of actions to reach a goal) is the most expensive, (many different kinds of people or things) and (showing the ability to create interesting new things) one ever run outside of Pakistan to (help increase/show in a good way) Gwadar as the centre of a (related to a plan to reach a goal) opening move as well as Pakistan’s Dubai, being built and developed with help from China under the China-Pakistan Money-based Hallway/travel path (CPEC) project.

The (series of actions to reach a goal) in London, paid for and supported by China Pak Investments Corporation (CPIC), has the possible ability to reach or make a hit/effect on at least 10 million people for the month-long length of time it will be featured on London buses.
One Investments Limited Chief Operating Officer Stuart Reid told Geo News in an interview that the “red Gwadar buses” have been launched in Zone 1 of Central London, the heart of the world’s (related to managing money) capital, and go out till Zone 4 to celebrate Gwadar.
“It’s our guess (of a number) that at least 10 million of the world’s most famous and important people will see these buses while parading the most fancy places of Central London from Oxford Street to Park Lane and Buckingham Palace to the Houses of Parliament and Lords in Westminster,” he said. “We have put Pakistan and Gwadar on the highest (raised, flat supporting surface) in the most most important place of London, the city with the world’s most billionaires, which sees over $5 trillion in daily (related to managing money) transactions.”
He expressed delight at Gwadar buses creating huge response within few hours of the launch.
According to Reid, the aim of this (series of actions to reach a goal) is to show off Gwadar as the newly-visible trade hub of South Asia on the worldwide (raised, flat supporting surface).
Boost for (process of people making, selling, and buying things)
“Pakistan is among the fastest growing (processes of people making, selling, and buying things) in Asia today, it is ready to become the 20th largest (process of people making, selling, and buying things) in the world by 2030 and the world should understand these facts,” he said. “The difference between Pakistan and other (related to a large area) competitors today is not ability or potential but negative PR. Pakistan is a land full of opportunity and here at the CPIC we will bring these opportunities to the frontfront for worldwide (people or businesses who give money to help start businesses).”
Reid said Gwadar is a city most important for worldwide investment. He gave reference to an article published last week in The Telegraph, one of the UK’s leading (books, magazines, etc.), which said that Gwadar held the possible ability to the be the next Dubai.
“Looking for a money-based (way of seeing things / sensible view of what is and is not important) we can in fact see the similar things, Dubai’s Jebel Ali Port and Freezone create over 22% of Dubai’s GDP creating employment for 100s of thousands of jobs,” the COO said. “(in almost the same way), China has launched the first phase of Gwadar’s Freezone which is expected to become the busiest port in South Asia by 2022.”
Land prices in Dubai grew over 3000% in the last 20 years as it established itself as the shipping and trade hub of the Middle East. “We see Gwadar following an almost the same arc-like path as the shipping and trade hub of South Asia.”
When asked why Gwadar (series of actions to reach a goal) has been launched on London buses, Reid said that brands such as Nike, Apple and Amazon advertise on this (raised, flat supporting surface). “We didn’t think there was any more good (raised, flat supporting surface) to show off Gwadar other than next to the world’s largest brands”.
He said that some elements are against investment in Gwadar for their selfish reasons but the fact is that Gwadar’s security is in the hands of the Pakistan Army, there is not a more secure city in the whole country. “As a matter of fact Gwadar is among the safest cities in the world.”
Locals are heavily involved with the development of Gwadar. They are getting good things from the money-based footprint of CPEC by the way of jobs at the port, education at the Chinese built schools and medical treatment at Chinese built facilities, he said.
Reid added the pre-planned future of people of Gwadar has turned around in the last two years since China took over the port and yesterday’s sand has become today’s gold with land prices increasing 500% and land owned by locals that was worth tens of thousands of dollars is now worth millions.
He said that CPEC is holding road shows in America this week and a (series of actions to reach a goal) will soon be launched in Washington and New York also.
The road shows are being held in San Francisco, Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort, Houston, Dallas, New York, Renaissance New York Midtown Hotel, Chicago and Toronto.
China has committed $62 billion to the effort to begin (doing something) under its One Belt One Road effort to begin (doing something) to develop commercial (planning required to move people and supplies to where they’re needed) links with Europe to get access to a warm water port 350 miles from the Straits of Hormuz.
